Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YTPLen ("we", "our", or "the app"), a web application that provides statistical data related to YouTube playlists. By accessing or using YTPLen, you ("you" or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app.
1. Use of the App
YTPLen allows users to enter a YouTube playlist ID to retrieve statistics such as the playlist title, thumbnail, total duration at multiple speeds, and average video length. The app does not require any personal information or account creation.
You agree to use YTPLen only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use and enjoyment of the app by any third party. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use YTPLen in any way that violates any local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use of YTPLen.
2. No Personal Data Collected
YTPLen does not collect, store, or retain any personal data from users. We do not ask for personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details. The only data processed is the YouTube playlist ID you enter to retrieve statistics. No data related to your activity on YTPLen is stored by us.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Simple Analytics to gather anonymized usage statistics for improving the app. Simple Analytics does not collect personal information and only provides aggregated data such as page views and session durations. By using YTPLen, you agree to this third-party service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of YTPLen, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of YTPLen and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use YTPLen only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without our express permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
YTPLen is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You use YTPLen at your own risk.
We do not guarantee that the YouTube playlist statistics retrieved by YTPLen will always be accurate, up-to-date, or complete, as they are dependent on YouTube's own data and API.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YTPLen and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use or inability to use YTPLen, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YTPLen, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of YTPLen after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YTPLen at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of YTPLen shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
